Molly, who was raised in Pennsylvania and began her professional career in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. She was in The Snow Queen. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production in which she received the Barrymore Award nomination. She went on to reprise this role when she made her Broadway debut at the age of 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. She was also nominated for the Drama League Award. Molly played in the 2007 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and also in the year the Westport Country Theater's production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she starred as Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions including The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production.
